These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the online gambling services made available under the brand "Rain Bet" through the website https://rainbet-aussie.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Bain Solutions B.V. ("Operator"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and replace any earlier version published on this Site.
The Site is an informational and access interface for an online casino operated and licensed in Curaçao. The Operator does not hold an Australian gambling licence, and under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) it is not lawful for the Operator to offer online casino services to persons physically present in Australia. It is your responsibility to ensure that you only use the Site in compliance with the laws of your country or place of residence.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Operator" means Bain Solutions B.V., a private limited liability company (B.V.) incorporated in Curaçao, registration number 159204, with registered office at Schottegatweg Oost 10 Unit 1-9, Bon Bini Business Center, Curaçao, and holding a valid online gaming sublicense under Master Licence 365/JAZ issued by Gaming Curaçao.
- "Site" means the website https://rainbet-aussie.com and any subdomains, mirrors, mobile or other versions through which Rain Bet services are made accessible.
- "Rain Bet" or "Brand" means the online gambling brand promoted and operated by the Operator via the Site and/or the related operator website https://rainbet.com.
- "User" or "Player" means any natural person who accesses the Site, creates an account, or in any way uses the services made available under the Brand via the Site.
- "Account" means a registered gambling account opened by a User with the Operator through the Site and maintained in the Operator's systems.
- "Services" means all remote gambling, betting, gaming, promotional and ancillary services offered by the Operator via the Brand, including but not limited to casino games, live casino, slots, and any other interactive games of chance or skill for money or money's worth.
- "Bet" or "Wager" means any sum of money staked by a Player on the outcome of a game or event offered by the Operator via the Services.
- "Bonus" means any promotional value, including free spins, free bets, deposit match, cashback, loyalty points or other incentives, which is credited to an Account under specific conditions and is not directly withdrawable until those conditions are met.
- "Wagering Requirements" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount or deposit plus Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before related funds may be withdrawn.
- "KYC" means "Know Your Customer" procedures used by the Operator to verify a Player's identity, age, residence, source of funds and other relevant details in order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations.
- "Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth)" or "IGA" means the Australian federal legislation regulating the provision of interactive gambling services to persons in Australia.
- "ACMA" means the Australian Communications and Media Authority.
- "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as may be amended from time to time.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old or older where the law of your country of residence sets a higher minimum age for gambling.
- Legal capacity: By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- Territorial restrictions: The Operator is licensed in Curaçao and does not hold an Australian licence. Under the IGA, it is illegal for the Operator to offer certain interactive gambling services to persons physically present in Australia. By creating an Account you expressly declare that:
- you are not accessing the Services from within Australia or any other jurisdiction where such Services are unlawful; and
- you will immediately cease use of the Services if you become located in such a jurisdiction.
Account Creation Process
- Registration form: To create an Account you must complete the online registration form on the Site, providing at least your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and a chosen password. Additional information may be requested as reasonably required.
- Email verification: You must verify your email address by following the activation link sent to you by the Operator. Until verification is completed, your Account may remain inactive or restricted.
- KYC documentation: Before allowing deposits, withdrawals or continued play, the Operator may request KYC documents, including but not limited to:
- valid government-issued photo identification (passport, national ID card, driver's licence);
- proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, tax assessment not older than 3 months);
- proof of ownership of payment methods used (bank card copy, e-wallet screenshot, crypto wallet verification);
- evidence of source of funds or source of wealth where required by law or internal risk policies.
- Single account policy: Each User may open only one Account with the Operator. Multiple accounts, including duplicate or linked accounts, may be closed and any Bonuses cancelled. The Operator may consolidate balances and, where justified, retain funds subject to investigation for fraud, abuse or money laundering.
User Obligations
- Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all registration information and any other data supplied to the Operator is truthful, complete and up to date. You must promptly update any changes (e.g. address, email, payment details). The Operator may rely on the latest information on file.
- Password and security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity conducted under your Account. You agree to:
- choose a strong, unique password and keep it secret;
- log out at the end of each session;
- immediately notify the Operator at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.
- Prohibited Account use: You agree not to:
- open an Account or play on behalf of another person;
- allow any third party to access or use your Account;
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or in breach of the IGA or any other local law.
- Verification and ongoing checks: The Operator reserves the right at any time to re-verify your identity, age, location and payment methods, and to request updated documents. Pending completion, your Account may be suspended and withdrawals delayed.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Game-specific rules: Each game (including slots, table games, live casino and others) is governed by specific rules and payout tables available within the game interface. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has its own minimum and maximum wager amounts, displayed in the game lobby or help section. The Operator may adjust these limits at any time, subject to technical and risk considerations.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted only after it has been processed by the Operator's servers and reflected in your game history or Account balance. In case of disagreement, the Operator's transaction logs and RNG (random number generator) records shall prevail.
- Currency: Bets and winnings are denominated in the Account currency shown in your Account profile. Currency conversions, if any, are performed at exchange rates determined by the Operator or the relevant payment provider, and may include fees or spreads.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- User-initiated cancellation: Once a Bet has been confirmed by the Operator's systems, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled or modified by the Player. You are responsible for confirming all details before placing your Bet.
- Operator correction of errors: The Operator reserves the right to cancel, void or adjust Bets in the event of:
- obvious technical or human error in the posting of odds, game results, pay tables or Bonus configurations;
- malfunction of game software or hardware resulting in incorrect payouts or game behaviour;
- Bets placed after the outcome of a game or event was known or should reasonably have been known.
Fair Play, Conduct and Chat Rules
- Fair use: You agree not to use any unfair advantage, including but not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, third-party software for prediction or collusion, exploiting bugs or "loopholes" in game design, or any form of cheating.
- Live casino and chat behaviour: Where chat functions are available (e.g. in live casino):
- you must not post content that is abusive, obscene, racist, sexist, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or otherwise unlawful or offensive;
- you must not solicit personal data from other Players or promote third-party services, including other gambling sites;
- you must not discuss strategies intended to collude against the Operator or other Players.
- Fraud and suspicious activity: If the Operator reasonably suspects that you have engaged in fraudulent, collusive, unlawful or improper activity, it may:
- void or cancel any affected Bets or winnings;
- block or close your Account;
- report your activity to relevant authorities or payment providers.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Separate bonus rules: All Bonuses, promotions and special offers are governed both by these Terms and by any specific rules published in the relevant promotion description on the Site. In case of conflict, the promotional rules prevail to the extent of inconsistency.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are typically available only to registered Players who:
- have successfully completed required registration and KYC checks; and
- are not resident in, or accessing the Site from, jurisdictions where the promotion is prohibited (including, where applicable, Australia under the IGA).
- Bonus credits: Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus balance and may be subject to wagering and game restrictions. Bonus balances are not withdrawable until all conditions are fulfilled.
Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation: To activate a Bonus, you may be required to:
- opt in via a checkbox, bonus code or promotion page; and/or
- make a qualifying deposit or Bet meeting minimum thresholds.
- Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion:
- deposit Bonuses must typically be wagered a minimum number of times (e.g. 25x - 50x the Bonus or Bonus plus deposit amount);
- free spins winnings are converted into Bonus funds which must be wagered before withdrawal;
- only real-money Bets placed on eligible games count towards wagering requirements.
- Time limits: Bonuses and free spins are usually valid only for a limited period (for example, 7 - 30 days) from the time of crediting. If wagering is not completed within the stated timeframe, remaining Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. All such time limits published on the Site are to be read as applying at least until 31 December 2026, unless replaced by updated Terms or promotional rules.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Game restrictions: Certain games may be excluded or contribute only partially (e.g. 10%, 20%, 50%) toward wagering requirements. The list of excluded or restricted games is published in the Bonus rules and may be updated.
- Irregular play: The following, among others, may be treated as "irregular play" and may result in Bonus confiscation and/or Account closure:
- placing single or multiple Bets that amount to a significant proportion of the Bonus or deposit (for example, more than 30% of the Bonus value) before wagering requirements are met, where such conduct is prohibited by promotion rules;
- using "low risk" betting strategies (e.g. betting on red and black simultaneously in roulette) to artificially meet wagering;
- delaying game rounds or features (including free spins or bonus rounds) acquired with Bonus funds to a later time when wagering has been completed with real money;
- colluding with other Players to exploit Bonuses.
Combining Promotions
- One active Bonus at a time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one Bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Activation of a new Bonus may automatically cancel or replace an existing one.
- Stacking restrictions: You may not combine multiple welcome offers, reload Bonuses, cashback and other incentives in a manner contrary to the specific conditions of each promotion.
- Abuse of promotions: Where the Operator determines, acting reasonably, that you have abused or attempted to abuse a Bonus or promotion, or otherwise acted in bad faith, it may:
- withhold, revoke or withdraw any Bonus and associated winnings;
- block or close your Account;
- exclude you from future promotions.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: The Operator may make available various deposit methods, including but not limited to credit and debit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and cryptocurrencies. The availability of specific methods varies by jurisdiction and is displayed in your cashier section.
- Ownership of payment instruments: You may only deposit funds using payment methods held in your own name. Use of third-party accounts or instruments is strictly prohibited and may lead to cancellation of deposits, withholding of winnings and Account closure.
- Fees and limits: The Operator may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction, per time period or per payment method. Some methods may also incur processing fees or exchange charges, which will be disclosed where practicable. Your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees.
- Deposit processing times: Deposits are generally processed instantly but may take longer depending on the payment method, third-party processors or additional security checks.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests: You may request withdrawal of available funds from your Account via the cashier section, subject to:
- successful completion of KYC and any enhanced due diligence checks;
- completion of wagering requirements for any active Bonuses;
- compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
- Payment route: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed via the same method and to the same account used for deposits. The Operator may require you to use a particular method to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations.
- Limits and fees: The Operator may apply daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits, and may charge reasonable fees for processing withdrawals or repeated requests, which will be notified in the cashier or these Terms.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (for example, 24 - 72 hours) after approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider and may take additional business days.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals
- Refund policy: Deposits which have been used for play generally cannot be refunded. In exceptional cases and at the Operator's sole discretion, a refund of unused deposit funds may be granted, provided that:
- no breach of these Terms has occurred; and
- it is lawful and technically feasible to process the refund.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback, reversal or dispute of a payment:
- the Operator may suspend or close your Account and void any winnings or Bonuses;
- you agree to reimburse the Operator for any chargeback amounts, processing fees and reasonable recovery costs.
- Bonus-related refunds: If a deposit linked to a Bonus is refunded or charged back, any such Bonus and related winnings may be cancelled.
Currency and Exchange
- Account currency: Your Account may be maintained in one or more supported currencies. Where you deposit or withdraw in a different currency, conversions are performed at exchange rates used by the Operator or the relevant payment provider.
- Exchange risk: You bear any risk of adverse currency movements between deposit and withdrawal. The Operator is not liable for losses or gains arising from exchange rate fluctuations.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity of games: The Operator is committed to ensuring that all games offered via the Services operate fairly and in accordance with the rules and technical standards required by its Curaçao licence. Random number generators used in games are subject to testing and certification by independent laboratories where required.
- Accuracy of results: The Operator takes reasonable measures to ensure that game outcomes and Account balances are recorded correctly in its systems. In the event of any discrepancy, the data stored on the Operator's servers will be treated as the final and conclusive record.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical failures: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for:
- interruptions, delays or failures in network, hardware, software or communication lines;
- bugs, viruses, malware or other harmful components originating from third parties;
- losses resulting from your inability to access the Site or complete a game or transaction.
- Third-party services: The Operator is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment processors, internet service providers or gaming content suppliers, except to the extent required by mandatory law.
- Jurisdictional risks (including Australia): The Operator does not hold an Australian licence and is not subject to the jurisdiction of Australian regulators or ombudsman schemes. If you choose to access the Services contrary to the IGA or local law, you do so at your own risk. You will not have recourse to ACMA, Australian courts or Australian consumer remedies against the Operator solely by virtue of such access.
Limitation of Damages
- Maximum compensation: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall be limited to:
- the lesser of (i) the amount of your disputed Bet or (ii) the amount actually lost due to the specific error; or
- where the claim does not relate to a particular Bet, the lesser of (i) the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (ii) the equivalent of EUR 5,000.
- Excluded damages: In no event shall the Operator be liable for:
- indirect, consequential or special losses or damages;
- loss of profit, business, contracts, goodwill or data;
- any losses arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All content on the Site, including but not limited to text (such as this Terms page for Rain Bet), graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, software code and compilations, is the intellectual property of the Operator, its affiliates, licensors or content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
- Licence to use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Site and Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.
- Prohibited uses: Without the prior written consent of the Operator, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site or its content;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software used in connection with the Services, except to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law and then only after providing prior written notice to the Operator;

- Trademarks: The Rain Bet name, logo and all related marks used on the Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Operator or its licensors. You may not use any such marks without prior written permission.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy policy: The collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal data in connection with your use of the Site and Services are governed by the Operator's Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time and made available on the Site.
- Data processing: By creating an Account or using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed by the Operator and its service providers in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
- International transfers: As the Operator is based in Curaçao, your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection standards. Appropriate safeguards are used where required by law.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may modify, update or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, regulatory guidance, business practices, or technical developments.
- Notification of changes: Where changes are material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify you, which may include:
- publishing the updated Terms on the Site with a revised "effective date" at the top;
- displaying a prominent banner or pop-up on the Site; and/or
- sending an email notice to the address registered in your Account.
- Acceptance of changes: Your continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account.
Termination & Suspension
Termination by the User
- Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] or via any available Account closure tools on the Site.
- Remaining balance: Upon valid closure, the Operator will, subject to KYC and applicable laws, pay out any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds and winnings forfeited in accordance with these Terms) using a suitable payment method.
Suspension or Termination by the Operator
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend, restrict or terminate your Account, and/or freeze or confiscate funds, if it reasonably believes that:
- you have breached these Terms or any applicable laws (including the IGA where relevant);
- you have provided false or misleading information or failed KYC checks;
- your Account is associated with fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, chargebacks or other unlawful conduct;
- you have engaged in Bonus abuse, irregular play, or unfair practices; or
- regulatory or legal obligations require such action.
- Consequences: Depending on the seriousness of the breach or risk, the Operator may:
- void or cancel Bets and Bonuses;
- withhold or seize winnings related to the misconduct;
- report the matter to relevant authorities, payment providers or regulators.
Notice and Refund of Funds
- Notice: Where lawful and reasonably practicable, the Operator will inform you by email of the reasons for suspension or termination. However, it may be prevented from doing so by legal or regulatory constraints.
- Refund of lawful funds: If your Account is closed for reasons other than those involving suspected illegality, fraud or serious breach, the Operator will, subject to successful verification and applicable laws, pay out any legitimate remaining real-money balance using an appropriate method. Bonuses and related winnings may be cancelled on closure.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Governing law: These Terms and your relationship with the Operator in connection with the Site and Services are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
- Jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory legal provisions, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site or the Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
- Australian users and the IGA: Under the IGA, the provision of certain interactive gambling services to persons physically present in Australia is prohibited and regulated by ACMA. The Operator does not hold an Australian licence and is not subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts or consumer protection bodies solely by virtue of your access to the Site. If you are physically present in Australia, you must not use the Services and acknowledge that you will not have recourse to ACMA or Australian tribunals in relation to the Services.
- Alternative dispute resolution (if available): Where required by its licence or internal policy, the Operator may offer or accept certain alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (such as independent adjudication). Details, if applicable, will be published on the Site.
